We Can Die Better – Bringing Death Back To Life
We Can Die Better is an online magazine dedicated to bringing death back to life, to providing alternatives to our habitual and traditional ways of dealing with the process of dying, the event of death, and the process of grieving, and to changing our relationship with death from one of fear, denial, and adversary, to one of acceptance, inspiration and ally.
We Can Die Better intends to change the relationship our North American culture has with death in order that we can all die with more grace and dignity, that we can return death to family care supported by health care, and that we can reduce the financial burden of unnecessary and ineffective treatments.
This magazine was founded by Stephen Garrett who is passionate about helping and educating people with the process of dying, death and loss. You can learn more about Stephen at Embrace Your Death or participate in Stephen’s training online by visiting End Of Life Guide Training. He is also the author of the book When Death Speaks and contributes to Death Matters Live Radio regularly.
We Can Die Better and its core contributors are committed to bringing death back to life.
